ABOUT BROADWAY DREAMS
Founded in 2006, Broadway Dreams offers mentorship-driven performing arts training programs throughout the year, drawing on a wide network of teaching artists from the Broadway community, inspiring students to awaken their highest potential. Broadway Dreams has inspired more than 20,000 students in more than 8 countries, including a record 3,200 in-person students in 2022 alone. Broadway Dreams has to-date awarded more than $1.5M in scholarships, with more than 150 students booking professional breakthrough jobs since 2018. Broadway Dreams is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Development Director. As the Development Director, you will be the visionary leader driving our organization's fundraising and sustainability efforts. Your role is to cultivate relationships with donors and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships and funding sources. You will oversee setting goals, and implementing strategies to achieve fundraising targets. Your creativity and passion for our mission will inspire others to support our cause. In addition, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the organization's tentpole fundraising events, including the annual NYC gala. Your attention to detail and strategic planning skills will ensure the success of these events, which serve as key opportunities to engage donors and raise critical funds. Your expertise in event management and fundraising will be instrumental in maximizing the impact of these events and enhancing the organization's visibility.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Focus on Broadway Dreams' tentpole fundraising events and campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing donors and cultivate new donor relationships.
- Manage the donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee the annual fund campaign and coordinate fundraising efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement fundraising strategies.
- Research and identify new funding opportunities.
- Represent Broadway Dreams Foundation at various events and meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in fundraising, development, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of donor management systems and fundraising best practices.
- Passion for the performing arts and supporting aspiring artists.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Preference will be given to individuals in the greater New York City area. Broadway Dreams is seeking a talented and versatile marketing professional to join our passionate and dynamic team. This remote, part-time position requires a creative individual with a strong background in digital marketing to oversee the performing arts training organization’s social media and traditional marketing strategies. As the Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and increased enrollment for our educational programming and high profile fundraising events.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Broadway Dreams across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter (X).
- Collaborate with our graphic designer and creative team to create engaging content with videos, graphics, and dynamic copywriting to attract and engage our target audience..
- Manage community engagement across all social channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results.
- Coordinate traditional marketing efforts, such as direct outreach, postcards, brochures, and email campaigns.
- Oversee the organization and growth of the organization’s electronic mailing lists in MailChimp.
- Community and partnership outreach
- Maintain the organization’s website ensuring all content is as current as possible.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure Broadway Dreams remains competitive.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and traditional marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the arts and entertainment industry.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Broadway Dreams is seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the organization’s Founder & President and General Manager. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the foundation by providing administrative and clerical support.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Assist the Founder / President and General Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and some travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize digital office files, documents, and records.
- Assist in event planning and coordination.
- Perform basic research, bookkeeping, and data entry tasks as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in administrative support roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software
