FAQs

What is Broadway Dreams?

Broadway Dreams is a leading non-profit arts education organization dedicated to training the next generation of musical theater artists. Since 2007, we have connected aspiring performers with working Broadway professionals through immersive, mentorship-driven programs.

Our faculty brings current expertise in voice, acting, and dance, along with real-world guidance for pursuing a career in entertainment. Hundreds of Broadway Dreams alumni have gone on to perform on Broadway, in national tours, and in major film and TV projects.

With year-round programming across the U.S. and internationally, Broadway Dreams provides world-class training and fosters lifelong connections within the theater community.

What is a Broadway Dreams Intensive?

The Broadway Dreams Weeklong Intensive is our signature summer program, designed to challenge students and elevate their skills in singing, dancing, and acting. Over the course of a week, students work closely with Broadway professionals in masterclasses, rehearsals, and leadership exercises, preparing for a final showcase performance.

Key Highlights:

  • Immersive Training: Students participate in auditions, a company-wide dance call, and rigorous rehearsals to meet professional entertainment standards.
  • Showcase Performance: At the end of the week, students perform alongside their instructors in front of family, friends, and invited industry professionals.
  • Broadway Expertise: Classes are taught by working actors, directors, and choreographers, offering real-world insights and mentorship.
  • Lifelong Connections: The program fosters lasting relationships with faculty and fellow performers.

Weeklong Intensives are held in major cities worldwide. New students must audition before registering, and tuition varies by location. Top students may be invited to our New York Showcase, performing for agents, casting directors, and producers.

What is the age range for participation?

Broadway Dreams welcomes participants of all ages—it’s never too early or too late to start dreaming! What matters most is your readiness to work at a fast pace, learn quickly, and collaborate joyfully with others.

While prior experience in a musical theater discipline (such as singing, dancing, or acting) is recommended, a positive attitude and willingness to grow are key.

How do I sign up?

You can start your registration on our Programs Page. Registration is completed online and requires a pre-taped video audition of a 32-bar song to be uploaded during the process.

Your registration will be considered complete once the audition is submitted. You will receive an email confirming your acceptance within 5–10 days.
